Robert Penny Enterprises, (RPE) a Certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise, (DVBE), specializing in Project and Program Management Consulting would be pleased to be a member of your project team should you submit a proposal to the State of California.

RPE has been certified by the State of California since 1991, and has worked on a wide of variety of diversified and interesting projects and assignments. Our services, range from volume printing, to staff services, from training and development to courier services. These services have been successfully supplied to State agencies and their vendors for over 10 years. Compliance with the 3% DVBE contracting mandate is our primary goal.

RPE has participated in projects ranging from environmental studies to supplying newsprint to a variety of State agencies and vendors. RPE can expand staff and services, as needed, allowing RPE the ability to contribute, in a meaningful way, to the DVBE contracting goal of the sponsoring agency. RPE has field staff in every county in California, experienced in conducting surveys for Cal Trans, Parks and Recreation, and the Air Resource Board. We have conducted Focus Groups and proctored State Licensing exams additionally a number of field staff also possess concealed weapons permits.

Drawing upon experience and knowledge of the DVBE contracting requirements, RPE will assist the potential contractor through the maze of paperwork often required when bidding a particular project.
